Continuous Monitoring & Evidence Fabric — Project Plan
1. Overview
Aggregate evidence, detect drift, and assemble authorization artifacts from the closure stream. Follows: Contract → Emit → Aggregate → Detect → Assemble.
2. Phases
Phase 0 — Charter and Alignment
Confirm evidence-record shape, pilot sources, and naming-plane join key.
Phase 1 — Evidence Contract
Document the normalized record and its binding to controls.
Phase 2 — Emission
Enable at least two sources to emit normalized records.
Phase 3 — Aggregation
Join records on the naming-plane identity into one picture for the pilot scope.
Phase 4 — Drift Detection and Assembly
Operationalize drift detection for one object class. Generate authorization-package artifacts from the stream. Publish honest coverage (proven vs. asserted).
3. Success Measures
- Evidence contract documented.
- Two sources emitting.
- One reconciled picture for pilot scope.
- Drift detection operational for one object class.
- Authorization artifacts generated from the stream.
- Coverage report distinguishes proven from asserted.
4. Immediate Next Actions
- Draft the evidence-record shape.
- Identify the first two sources.
- Confirm the naming-plane join key.
- Define the pilot drift object class.
Project artifact. No internal architectural decision record identifiers.
