Case Studies
Real-world deployment patterns and lessons learned
Case Studies
case-studies-bundle.docx — every page in this section concatenated into one Word document. Regenerated on every site deploy.
Grounded deployment narratives. Each case study documents one engagement: the starting state, the Federal Modernization Program intervention, the observed behavior, and the lessons that propagated back into canon.
Case studies require shipped or late-stage TARGET capability to make credible claims. Entries are drafted from real engagement material when available and reviewed before external release.

Status badges follow the Whitepapers status conventions. Case studies additionally use the Framing-Pattern status — the narrative illustrates the substrate’s intended behavior using a synthetic agency archetype rather than an attributed real-world engagement; useful for planning conversations, not citable as a deployed-and-validated reference.
